Orders and Shipping

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way so you can monitor its journey!

Creating an account is quick and easy! Simply click on the ‘My Account’ icon or link located at the top right corner of our website (or in the footer menu). Click on ‘Register’ or ‘Create Account’, fill in your details like your name, email address, and a secure password, and you’re good to go!

Having an account allows you to track your orders in real-time, save your shipping details for a faster checkout, and view your complete purchase history.

If you need to change your shipping address, it depends on whether your order has already shipped:

  • Before Shipping: If you just placed your order and noticed a mistake, please contact our support team immediately at contact@mahsi.shop with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update it before your package leaves our warehouse.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address.

  • For Future Orders: You can update your default shipping details anytime by logging into your account, navigating to ‘My Account’, and updating your information under the ‘Addresses’ tab.

Tracking your order is easy! Once your package ships, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

You can also track your order status at any time by logging into your account, going to ‘My Account’, and clicking on the ‘Orders’ tab to view live updates on your shipment

Your security is our top priority! We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (like Stripe or PayPal) using advanced encryption.

If you choose to ‘save your card for future purchases’ during checkout, your details are securely tokenized by the payment processor, meaning your actual card number is never visible to us or stored on our website.

Sales tax is calculated and charged based on the shipping address destination and local state tax laws. If applicable, the exact sales tax amount will be clearly calculated and displayed in your order summary at checkout before you complete your payment.

International orders may also be subject to local customs, duties, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations

We proudly ship worldwide! We offer international shipping to most countries across the globe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or VAT levied by your country’s government, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Whenever possible, we try to ship all your items together in a single package. However, if your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped from different fulfillment centers or warehouses.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, don’t worry! We will email you separate tracking numbers for each package so you can follow them every step of the way

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our team at contact@mahsi.shop with your order number, and we’ll help you get your return started

We are so sorry for the mix-up! If you received a different item from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at contact@mahsi.shop with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received.

Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the wrong item back, and we will rush out your correct order right away at no extra cost to you!

We are so sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us right away at contact@mahsi.shop with your order number and a few clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

As soon as we verify the damage, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be shipped out to you immediately at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer.

Please ensure that your order number is clearly written on the outside of the package or included on a slip inside, so our team can process your refund or exchange without delay. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly update the delivery details for you. However, if the order has already left our fulfillment center, we unfortunately cannot change the routing or destination. In those cases, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly once a tracking number is generated to see if they can reroute the package.

We work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible! Because of this, there is a very limited window where we can change or cancel an order after it has been submitted.

We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t reached our fulfillment team yet. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel it, but we will gladly help you set up a return or exchange once it arrives!

It depends on the item! For many of our popular products, we do offer pre-orders once they sell out so you can secure yours from the next incoming batch. If an item is eligible for pre-order, you will see a ‘Pre-Order’ button on the product page instead of ‘Add to Cart’, along with an estimated shipping date.

If the item is completely out of stock and doesn’t have a pre-order option, you can sign up for our email waitlist on that product’s page to be automatically notified the moment it’s restocked!
